To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Non-returnable items include opened or damaged products.

2. Process for Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number). Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification about your refund approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
